Hot off the press from Caballi (Ruth Cabal) who's in the palace right now holding a press statement from the President (embargo for the moment).
Some of the texts of the statement reads: "Calling him was a lapse in judgment. I'm sorry. I take full responsibility."
Ruth says it's sad for somebody like the President to do that, but you know that's a courageous thing to do, though.
