COMELEC Commissioner Virgilio Garcillano had denied it was him talking to the President, when we ambushed him on June 6, days after the supposed tapped conversation with the President came out.

He had just come out of the regular Tuesday COMELEC en banc session and was avoiding us.

But we insisted to get some soundbytes from him. I shouted: "Sir, was that you on the tape? Yes or no, sir!"

"No," he shouted.

Was he lying through his teeth?

He's nowhere to be found as of this time. Looks like this issue is far from over.
